Coastal CoatingsGroup
Operators wanted, fourteen markets

We sell the work.
You name your price.

Coastal Coatings Group runs the ads, the site and the phone in one city at a time. You quote the job at your own rate, seal it, and get paid that week. No leads to buy. Nobody to chase for money.

1099 independent contractor. Not exclusive. Not employment.

How it works

The city is ours. The truck is yours.

We spend the advertising money and take the customer call. You never buy a lead and you never invoice a homeowner.

01

We take the city

A local brand, a real site, Google Ads and search rankings, one market at a time. Dayton Sealcoating is the one running now. The advertising budget is ours, not something taken out of your pay.

02

You price the job

The lead arrives measured, with the address and the scope. You tell us your number for it, per driveway or per square foot, however you already quote. We set what the customer pays. Your number stays between us.

03

You seal it and get paid

Photos before and after, then payment that week. No timesheets, no thirty day terms, no collecting on a doorstep unless that particular job works better that way.

The money

You set the rate. Every job, every time.

Per driveway or per square foot, whichever way you already price work. We agree it before the job starts and it does not move afterwards. Crack filling is quoted and paid separately.

We would rather hear your number than name one at you. If you already run your own outfit, you know what the work is worth.

01You quote the job at your rate
02We add our margin on top of it
03The customer sees one number, never yours
04You get paid the week you finish
The arrangement

For people already doing this work

We are not set up to teach sealcoating from scratch. This fits someone who already runs their own outfit and wants the jobs without the marketing spend.

You bring

  • Your own squeegees, brushes, blower and edging tools, and something to haul them in
  • The experience to know when a driveway should not be sealed at all
  • General liability insurance. Required on commercial work, recommended on residential

We bring

  • The advertising, the site, the phone and the customer relationship
  • A signed agreement before your first lead, not a verbal understanding
  • First look at every lead in your city, for as long as it is working out
Markets

Running now, and opening next

Dayton, OH Atlanta, GA Orlando, FL Fort Worth, TX Norfolk, VA Richmond, VA Akron, OH Cincinnati, OH Cleveland, OH Detroit, MI Philadelphia, PA Denver, CO Lexington, KY Bowling Green, KY

Dayton is running. The other thirteen are open and looking for their operator. Atlanta, Orlando, Fort Worth, Norfolk and Richmond still have season left this year, so those can start now rather than waiting on spring. The rest we are lining up for 2027 so the operator is in place before the first warm week, not scrambling after it. If you run an outfit somewhere we are not listed, say so on the application anyway.

Straight answers

Before you apply

Is this a job?

No. You are an independent contractor running your own business, 1099. No hourly wage, no schedule, no employer. Turn down any job for any reason and it has no effect on the next one.

Do I have to work only for you?

No. Keep your own customers and work for whoever else you like. Nothing here is exclusive in either direction.

How much work is there?

Straight answer: it depends on how fast the advertising builds in your city. Dayton is the market running today and the rest are opening. If you need guaranteed hours every week, this is not that. If you want jobs handed to you with no marketing spend, it fits.

What if I am booked up?

Tell us. A lead nobody can get to is a lead wasted, so as a market grows we bring on a second operator rather than let work sit.

Who pays for the sealer?

Materials and the advertising are ours. Your tools, your transport and your insurance are yours. That split is written into the agreement before you start.

Takes a minute. We call you back, and the first conversation is about what you charge, not what we pay.
